My technical setup enables the secure, efficient, and reliable use of AI, allowing me to execute even complex projects with a high degree of analytical depth and without the need for additional project management resources.
Data storage and accessibility
I store your data exclusively in end-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge environments. For collaboration, I utilize a virtual data room that I manage, with the option for local synchronization. This ensures efficient project execution while maintaining a high level of data protection. For strictly sensitive information, additional access restrictions and separate processing environments can be implemented (clean room).
AI tools
The AI tools I employ are either operated entirely on local hardware or used under enterprise agreements that include Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and contractual clauses prohibiting the use of your data for model training. Meeting transcriptions are handled exclusively via servers located within the EU.
Compliance
I take into account the requirements of the GDPR and the EU AI Act for selection and use of all my tools. Relevant technical and organizational documentation is available upon request.
Modeling
Financial modeling is conducted exclusively using deterministic, verifiable methods, typically within Microsoft Excel workbooks or via Python code.
Qualifications
I hold a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Mannheim, with a specialization in Finance, M&A, and Accounting. My professional credentials include certifications such as PRINCE2 and CM&AI (Certified M&A Integration). My specialized training in AI includes programs such as "Deploying AI for Strategic Impact" and "Driving Innovation with Generative AI" from MIT xPRO, as well as the "Digital Transformation and AI Certificate of Specialization" from Harvard Business School (2026).
Technical experience
I develop my own technical components for the controlled use of AI: an orchestration layer that keeps sensitive data within a "clean room", preventing direct access by AI agents, as well as an MCP integration for controlling my meeting note-taker.
In my spare time, I develop and operate BaumZeit, a SaaS platform for forest kindergartens.
